It's been a great couple of weeks for finding ordnance. First I picked up a nice No80 fuse with an adapter. Next, I went to a small antique show on Friday and found a rare instructional No1 MkIII hand grenade (missing the fragmentation ring but I will make one on the metal lathe). Finally, on Saturday there was a cartridge collector's show close to my house and there I picked up the nicest 3" HE mortar bomb I've ever seen, a 2" signal mortar bomb with the tin cap (which are always missing) and a decent .303 wood ammo box. It's been a long time since I've found any ordnance so it was a great feeling to finally seem some again.
