Victor Taboika has been listing some very interesting items on ebay. Shortly after listing this 19th Battalion tunic, he ended the auction early.

"This tunic has never been restored. The metal rank crowns are missing ( n-s lug configuration) as possibly the service stripes, although I have had other CSM tunics without them...perhaps a privilege of rank. Nice condition with the normal wear, small pin holes typical of a tunic from this period, one or two larger holes as shown. Patches are great and shoulder nationality titles present. This is an historic 19th Battalion tunic and please take the time to read the 2 citations for this hero. Won the DCM twice, wounded twice. J.E. Thomas...19th Bn."
