Found this in a backroom at a central Alberta antique store while out and about yesterday. Belonged to the owners father, so NSF. Nice to see though.

I didn't handle the uniform too much, so I did not see a maker. He just brought it down so I could snap a few pics. I will be passing this store again soon and will ask some more questions.
