About a year ago, my father had his set of medals lost for him. He lives in the lower mainland of BC. His medals included the CVSM wt overseas, Defence medal, Victory medal, Canadian Centennial medal and Canadian Forces Decoration with 1 bar. There might also have been the Bomber Command commemorative medal there too. Around the rim of the CD there was "F/L A.L. Nicks" or "F/O A.L. Nicks". If any member has run across this set, I would be most appreciative of contact.

Hi "Ftrpilot"

A number of members perpetuate lists of lost/stolen medals. If you do not wish to join another Forum, I would be happy to post on your behalf.
What does this mean:
regards

This means that someone wanted them more than he did during a home invasion, they were stolen. I was trying to be nice."...my father had his set of medals lost for him..."
