I'm in the process of putting together a new display for our Legions badge collection. I would like to ID ever badge and catolog them. Any Information that anybody could give me on them would really help me out. There are over 50 badges, so I'll start with 10 and post more later. Sorry if the pics are alittle big.

Just to add to Mike's bang on reply. 9 of the badges are British. The only Canadian one is #8, The Irish Regiment of Canada.

Re: Need help to ID badge collection.
OK I will give this a shot, no books or references as I am out of town AGAIN.
I am sure someone will come along soon and either tell me to stop drinking and get glasses.
1. I don’t know
2. Collar for the 48th Highlanders of Canada
3. Prince Edward Light horse (depending on size, either a cap badge or collar)
4. St John Fusiliers cap badge
5. Victoria Rifles of Canada
6. Royal Canadian Army Pay Corps, (again depending on size, either cap or collar)
7. Royal Regiment of Canada cap badge, very very worn
8. Corps of Military Staff Clerks, again depending on size, either cap or collar badge, NOTE: it is damageged as the right lower tip of the quill has been broken off
9. Canadian Artillery, (many different varieties, without references and more details of badge, I cannot narrow it any further)
10. Royal Canadian Army Dental Corps (as with many the others, size will determine cap or collar Badge)
11. 48th Highlanders of Canada Cap Badge
12. Lorne Scots Cap Badge
13. London Regiment Cap Badge ( note this is British, I know next to nothing about British Badges)

Re: Need help to ID badge collection.
What Legion are these going to be displayed in? Would love to see the finished product! I have been in some Legions with some great history on display.
