P37 WEBBING HELP

Hmmm...some tough ones in the first pic. Not sure what to tell you about them.

The second pic looks like a standard brace with the brass ends cut off.

I can say that Jeff is a little preocupied at the moment with something else he has on the go right now. I am uncertain of most of these pieces but if now answer is given by the weekend, I will take a look through my references when I get home.

Any chance these have any markings on them? and or measurements? This may help narrow some of them down.

As well I am leaning towards the second image being a shoulder strap missing the brass ends.

The middle strap in the first photo is a handle for mortar bomb carriers (normally three tubes fastened together) but I honestly don't know what the other two are. And I agree that the second photo appears to show a standard brace that has had the ends nipped off.

Thank you! The shoulder strap is 52" long. I don't have any P37 straps to compare, but I think that is longer then regular ones?

The references list the "normal" length braces as 47 inches and the "long" braces as 55 inches but in reality the vast majority that you will find are 52 inches in length. Still haven't read an explanation for why that is.
