Hello!
I'm looking for a Canadian-made summer shirt or summer tunic as shown below. I would be happy to pay a good price a nice example and would be very appreciative of any assistance!
I am trying to complete a Hong Kong Winnipeg Grenadier impression, but lack the proper shirt. From what I can tell, the shirts the Canadians wore in Hong Kong were Canadian-made summer uniforms with short sleeves, no epaulettes, buttoned-open colors and a distinctive greenish shade to the khaki.
The summer tunic I am looking for is the pre-1942 version with a stand and fall collar.
I am also interested in pair of RCN web gaiters or a Canadian summer FS cap if anyone has them.
