Members:
I am trying to determine the differences between the various trade badges issued to Canadian soldiers during the war. My father was qualified as a Driver III, a Dispatch Rider III, a Driver IC(w), an artillery signalman and a Driver Operator Class C, which was a trade that required a Driver IC qualification and the ability to operate wireless telegraphy and radio telegraphy units. Does anyone on the site know of any books or collectors who might enlighten me as to the configurations these patches might have. The post war patches have wreaths and crowns while most of the ones I have seen just have a trade symbol. Any help that any of the members can provide me in this endevour would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You
Martin
