    Hello,
    I recently bought this NNSH Tam O'shanter.
    The manufacturer is english, the tartan seems good.
    The cap badge has been painted but I don't know this "officer" model.

    "They" say some NCO's wore the painted badge models. I've come across two in my time,and this is the second one. As much as some would say,"It is not regulation",I'm sure it is possible. Congrats Flo!
