It is RCA, First Canadian Army.
Looks like a Canadian "plastic" motorcycle helmet,seen this helmet before,on oorlogsvondsten maybe?

The tac sign 161 on the red/blue over white bar was assigned to 149 LAA Regt RA, on order of battle of 107 AA Bde. 107 AA Bde was a British formation (with a couple of Canadian units) under command of First Canadian Army.
