    Hi,

    I recently see a MKII helmet with a VMC liner (undated) in a british shell (JSS 1940) with a MKI screw bolt (which is coherent with an early production shell) and a canadian chinstrap (MKI + C broad arrow stamp on it).

    The helmet seems to have a nice patina, but I am a little bit perplexed by this assembling?

    Do you have similar example of helmets?

    It could have been assembled from pieces, during war time and post war.
