    Hey there. My friend found a helmet in his business parking lot next to a shared scrap metal bin. It wasn't very well cared for. We have seen many pictures on this forum that has cemented our belief that it is an MK II. We are most curious about the white painting on the helmet. My friends business is nearby the Tyendinaga Mohawk Airport, which had an active military base on it in the past. Any info is appreciated.MK II Helmet Img_5111

    nice find and welcome, I did see another lid with similar white paint over the crown, would be for visibility but not sure what exactly
