Radio remote controls

I'm doing up some labels for the collection and was hoping someone here would know the years when the AN/GRA-6 and AN/GRA-39 radio remote control units were used by Canada.

Right now I'm down to early 1960's till mid 1970's for the GRA-6 and Mid 1970's till late 1990's for the GRA-39. Am I close?
