Royal Canadian Armoured Corps - Ironsides XIX ???

I found this pin today and was wondering if any one had any information about it. I didn't make any attempt at cleaning it, it is as I found it.

Backstory?
Value? (If that's allowed here, if not, that's okay too)

Finding out when it is from interests me the most as well as its backstory. Value is not important/necessary, though I would be lying if I wasn't at all curious.

I believe its an anniversary pin for the RCAC, except XIX is 19, usually anniversaries are 20, 25, 30 etc.

.....maybe a recurring camp or exercise for the Corps?
