    Saw this go on ebay for $112US.  I didn't bid but was wondering what is was for.  Someone out there must know!

    Veteran's Home Guard. Likely a headdress badge. Short lived with that designation. Changed to Veterans' Guard.

    Thanks Bill! So they wore embroidered badges before getting a slight name change and going to the brass badge with the lion rampant?
