    RCAF 2019-011
     I have 4 RCAF cap badges 3 of which have different lugs. There is the lugs commonly seen but I acquired one that has very flat. lugs. Also one that has had screw posts installed, they dont look factory done. None are hallmarked but must be done by different manufacturers There are differences in the badges. Anyone know what maker used the flat lugs?  Cheers Brian
