Brigadier’s Battledress

Saw this today . Thoughts? Knowledge? What would you expect it to sell for?

I know that it’s a brigadier with the 21st army group. I found it interesting that the pips are the khaki backed variant. The armband was labeled as Central Command, is that determined by the “Q” or?
