Netflix has just added Peter Jackson's "They shall not grow old". Peter Jackson did the Titanic movie and others that required some in depth cinematography. Jackson also had professional lip readers interpret what the soldiers were saying on the silent footage. Many accounts from soldiers who fought were recorded and added to the film.
Footage that is graphic yet, really shows the perspective from enlistment to going over the trenches.
Well done and worth the time.
