    Hi guys,
    Just picked these up today, sorry for all the other stuff in the photo.
    I’ve never seen Canadian Sons in Service pins before. These are all dated 1917.

    Are you referring to the white badges with the grey/blue leaves on them? Interesting items.

    Yes, one leaf indicates one son in service, two leaves indicates 2 sons in service etc. In my research I also found they made flags as well.
    I knew they did this in the US but had never seen anything like it for Canada.

    The different leaf colour and border colour indicates serving or kia etc
