CMCF WILL ALLOW the posting of "wanted" lists within "THE MARKETPLACE" section.
CMCF, its' administration & staff WILL NOT be held responsible for any claims made by the buyer or seller as to the originality of an item or items, or any other part of the transaction including but not limited to: the availability, financing & shipping of the item or items.
CMCF expects that BOTH buyer & seller COMPLETE the transaction if an agreement has been made between the two, and in a timely manner. CMCF also expects that FACTUAL & HONEST feedback be left for each party in the "MARKETPLACE FEEDBACK" section.
