Abbreviation definitions?

In my research I have come across two abbreviations used repeatedly. The terms are used in relation to the acquisition of titles and patches for the army in the UK. I have some conjecture as to the meanings, but would like to confirm (or change) the terms.
1. L.P.O. (Local purchase order?)
2. T.L.P. (Total Local Purchase?)

Well, in modern CF terminology LPO does in fact stand for Local Purchase Order. I am not familiar with the other abbreviation but I can query some supply techs to see if it rings a bell with them.

I finally came across the explanation for the TLP abbreviation. It stands for Total Liability Period. It is the amount of inventory to be acquired over a specific period of time. Usually the time was a year.
