Re: CEF Battalion Colours
The book "OLD COLOURS NEVER DIE" by Francis J Dunbar and Joseph H Harper (NDHQ 1992) is the only reference on CEF flags. The histories of Guidons, Battle Flags, Camp Flags, Pennants, Kings Colours, Colours and Replicas are listed for First World War Canadian Units (1914-1919).
Most known CEF Battalion flags are in churches or museums.
If your local museum or church displays a CEF Battalion flag, please post a picture of it. Thank you.

There is quite a string at the CEFSG (Canadian Expeditionary Force Study Group) forum on this topic. [url=http://www.cefresearch.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=7077&highlight=colours+die]http://www.cefresearch.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=7077&highlight=colours+die[/url
