An uncle of mine picked up this tin in an old box of junk at an auction and he gave it to me. There were no markings on the outside of the tin but I assumed it to be an emergency ration - perhaps Navy? Curiosity got to me so I had to open it turns out it was a RCAF Survival Food tin. The instructions are very cool...a nice accent to my small RCAF corner of the collection
