RCAF Survival Vest Items

I'm looking for information about the contents of the yellow RCAF survival vest. The items were all made by W.W. JR Co. Limited and are the "Emergency Rations Type A", "Medical Kit - Type A", and "Emergency Aids - Type A". Looking for reference materials that describe the contents of these three kits.
