RCAF "Victory" Bag

Hey guys,
This bag came in a lot with some other webbing and I have not seen one before. It is very similar in style to a WWI Officers bag I have, it was obviously used by a man in the RCAF, but the Woods Camping label throws me off..although they did manufacture things for the Canadian Forces during the war.
Anyone seen one of these before?

I've seen a couple of these. From what I understand they were an officers shoulder bag. I've seen army ones in khaki as well as the RCAF blue ones.

The one I've got has made by Woods and has a C Broad Arrow inside.
