Canadian trousers

Gentlemen,

I have these Canadian battledress trousers. Have had them for a while. Want to sell them now but am not sure what a fair price is. The date is smudged as you can tell from the pictures but I've been told that the anti-gas stamp wasn't used after 1944. Please let me know what you think. Pants are a size 8.

anti gas stamp...

I have a named Battledress to the Lorne Scots with has an anti gas stamplike yours and it is a Jan 1945 date. I once had an Essex Scottish AV with a Jan 45 date as well.
