I have 3 different badges from this war. One is gold coloured, one silver and one bronze. The gold and silver have the J Gaunt marking on them. Does anyone have any info on this and what are they worth?

They did not wear silver and gold badges during the Boer War..... Too easy a target......

Sorry but was unable to really see the pictures..... Suggest that you look at this thread on another forum..... They would have only used the darkened bronze in South Africa..... The bright badges were used in Canada by the Militia.....
