Hi I was wondering I want to start my collection but more on 1 regiment I was thinking of the black watch because I am joining them but I cant really find anything from that regiment besides shoulder flashes any other regiments easier to find things for?

Just my opinion,but the more storied regiments like the Black Watch,NNSH's,RHLI,SSK and many,many others from many other battles are more expensive and less easy to find. I'm a North Nova Scotia highlander collector because of my family ties,and they are not cheap to collect by any means. It comes up once in awhile though. Good luck and have fun collecting. It's an addictive hobby.

I hear you on the difficulty in finding items as a Regimental collector. Sorry I cannot offer any assistance in determining what Regiment you may wish to collect. I would think you are on the right track though, collecting to the Regiment you are joining, joined or affiliated with.
Black Watch items seem to come up fairly regularly though.
