Excuse, me but what the *!&^ is this listing about? The vendor indicates the helmet is not for sale?

Helmet shell #7.

The shell is stamped on the inner rim with "C.L./C. 1942, 97" and was made by the Canadian Lamp Company of Windsor, Ontario. The "97" stamp is the batch number.

Note: this is a helmet shell that does not contain the inner lining or chin strap.
