    My grandfather served with the Canadians as a sapper in WWII. However I don't know anything beyond that. Does this picture provide any further details?

    Looks like the same uniform and cap badge as my Grandfather in my avatar. He started in the RCASC, then RCOC, and finally RCEME.

    Yukon Cap, Great Coat, Battledress, 1937 Pattern Web and either P14 or P17 Rifle.
