Hi everyone,
I have a bit of a strange request. I am looking for someone to take a photo of the General Service (GS) badge/patch worn by Canadian soldiers in the Second World War on the left (and later, either) sleeve. The patch was used to distinguish volunteers from conscripts. It's small, and the "GS" is usually in red lettering.
I am a University student studying conscription in WWII and this badge is important to my research. I would love to include a photo alongside the research.
Thank you,
Mercedes
