Gas Mask Leg Bag? [Solved]

Is this a Canadian issue item? I've had it for a few years and have used it as a leg bag when I go hiking. Works great for that purpose. Been told it is Cdn but I cannot find a reference to it. Has many separate little pouches inside. Leg strap is in one of the side pouches.

I take it that this thing is probably not Canadian...I have scoured webbing websites and can't find anything close. Does anyone seen anything like this before or recognize the markings?

No, I'd say it is not Canadian as the pattern does not match anything I am familiar with and the markings are definitely not Canadian style.
